Are there additional fees for shipping?
Self-pickup is free. For local delivery or freight coordination, fees vary based on distance, volume, and site conditions — confirmed as part of your quote.
How do I schedule my pickup?
Once your order is paid, we'll notify you when it's ready and confirm the details on your pickup order — including the warehouse address. Please note: we can help load your vehicle, but you're responsible for weight capacity, tie-down, and safe transport once materials leave our dock.
What if I can't pick up on time?
You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is ready to pick it up. After that, a $15 per pallet, per week storage fee applies and accumulates until the balance is paid and the material is picked up.
How quickly will my order ship?
If you're picking up and the item is in stock, it's often available the same day. For local delivery or freight orders, your material is typically processed and ready within the next business day once confirmed and in stock.
