Why can't I see wholesale pricing on the website?
Pricing shown on this site is a Market Reference Price. Final pricing — including Pro Buyer and Dealer rates — is confirmed directly with our team once you submit a quote request, based on order volume and account type.
Are you a manufacturer, or a supplier?
MG Floor Supply is a wholesale flooring supplier based in Ottawa, IL. We source premium SPC flooring and keep it in stock at our local warehouse, so orders can be fulfilled quickly without long factory wait times.
Are there additional fees for shipping?
Self-pickup at our Ottawa, IL warehouse has no fees. Local delivery within the Chicago area is company-operated. For orders outside Chicago or larger volumes, we compare rates across multiple freight partners to find the best option for your location. See our Pickup & Delivery page for details.
What are the terms for local delivery?

What warranty do you offer on your SPC flooring?

Can I apply as a Dealer, and how do I place my first order?
Yes — we work with flooring retailers, distributors, and contractors. To get started, submit a Dealer application through our Become a Dealer form. Our team will review your application and set up your account directly.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no strict minimum for most orders. Whether you need a few boxes or a large commercial volume, message us with your project details and we'll let you know what works.
How long does it take for my Dealer or Pro Buyer account to be approved?
Accounts are reviewed and set up offline by our team. Once your application is submitted, we'll follow up directly to confirm your account and pricing.
