By accessing or using this Website, requesting a quote, or otherwise doing business with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. MG Floor Supply operates this Website to provide product information, pricing references, and a way for customers to request quotes and submit inquiries. Online purchasing and payment functionality is not currently available through this Website. All orders, quotes, and payments are processed offline through direct contact with our team.

5. Accounts
MG Floor Supply does not offer online account registration through this Website. Dealer and Pro Buyer accounts are established and managed offline through our sales team.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are processed offline and are accepted via Cash, Zelle, Wire Transfer, ACH Transfer, Credit & Debit Cards, Bank Cashier's/Certified Checks, or Company Checks. Company checks are subject to prior credit approval. Payment terms for Pro Buyers and Dealers are established during the offline account setup process.
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery or pickup unless alternative credit terms have been formally approved in writing by our credit department. In the event of a returned check or failed ACH transfer due to insufficient funds, the customer will be responsible for a standard NSF processing fee, alongside any collection costs and legal fees incurred by the Company.
7. Fulfillment, Delivery & Pickups
All shipping, delivery, and warehouse pickup arrangements are coordinated offline during the order confirmation process. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or upon your pickup from our facility. Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because all transactions are finalized offline, all returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our standard Offline Return Policy provided to you at the time of purchase. Custom orders, special orders, and clearance items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any offline sales or credit agreements signed by you, constitute the entire agreement between you and MG Floor Supply regarding your use of the Website and purchasing relationship, superseding any prior oral or written agreements, sales pitches, or website descriptions.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and your business relationship with MG Floor Supply shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products must be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in LaSalle County, Illinois.
